How can I contact the enquiry desk?

May I send test results or medical history?
Do not send test results, medical records, identity documents or other sensitive information by ordinary email or social-media direct message. If specific information is required, first confirm the purpose and secure submission method.
Can I book through a social-media comment or direct message?
No. The related social accounts are information channels and do not accept bookings or personal medical enquiries. Use the telephone or email enquiry desk.
Can this desk handle urgent symptoms or interpret my result?
No. This desk does not provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment decisions or medical interpretation of results. Contact local emergency services when urgent and the responsible medical provider for individual medical decisions.
