The usual route is a partner-clinic visit for a doctor's consultation, explanation and blood collection. If travel is difficult, a participating provider may dispatch a nurse under a physician's direction in a selected service area.

Collection at the clinic or at home
After the required consultation, explanation and consent, about 10 ml is collected at the clinic or at home by a nurse acting under physician direction.

You may visit partner providers in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and Saga. If travel is difficult, participating providers may arrange a nurse home visit in selected areas, including parts of Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. Provider, area, date and any additional charge are confirmed before booking.
