TAF registration 1983 and its accredited scope can be checked in the official directory below. Taiwan laboratory accreditation is not Japanese regulatory approval, Japanese Association of Medical Sciences NIPT certification, or accreditation of every test on this website. Your provider must confirm the performing laboratory and commissioned scope for each plan before testing.

Before proceeding, ask your provider to explain transfer of specimens and personal information to Taiwan, the recipient, purpose, Taiwan's personal-information protection system and the recipient's safeguards, retention and deletion terms, and any subcontracting. This does not establish that all data is stored in Taiwan. Required consent and other arrangements must be confirmed first.
